Pipi Productions is founded by Nicola Harvey. Nicola is an experienced producer, journalist and commissioning editor working across digital, audio, TV and live events.

Before working as an independent producer, Nicola was Executive Producer and Managing Editor for BuzzFeed Australia. She was a commissioning editor and supervising producer for ABC TV Arts' video & web slate and also developed the content strategy for ABC iview’s pilot VOD Arts channel.

Nicola has worked for new media organisations, broadcasters and publishers in Australia and the UK, including Frieze, the ABC, BuzzFeed and McHugh Media.  

In 2020 Pipi Productions’ audio documentary ‘Debutante’ was a Walkley Award Finalist in the Audio / Radio Features category.
